Yeah I can get that out of my mind.

I sure hope no crazy people are doing shit like that again this year... Be careful guys and gals.

I am afraid I cant make it this year. I am pulling a all nighter at work. They decided to pick this lovely day to do Database Maintenance on me =(  Sigh.

Hope everyone has a great time.

I'm out. And, unfortunately, off my feet for a bit. I tweaked my left achillies tendon during the Ride2Recovery San Francisco to L.A. ride last week. It's gotten worse over the last few days, and last night it got real bad. So, before it completely blows out, I'm sidelining myself and playing it safe.

Bummed...I was adjusting my chain yesterday and found the rear sprocket loose.... bang head  I need to pull it apart and see why it's moving, but I was highly anticipating going to LDD today.  Hope everyone has fun and gets home safe.

I caught on to the end of you guys on skyline, then did not stop at Alice's but then saw you all waiting at the light for construction on 84 as I left. (yeah I did not stay long)
Looked good  waytogo all those assorted monsters. Too bad my dash is still non functional, I would've joined in. Felt like an ugly BMW would look odd with all the Italian beauties.

I still remember reading about that ugly oil trap incident last year.  Be careful everyone.

Lo and behold, what I can only assume was the same douchebag put a few thousand roofing nails on the same corner.

Sheriff & Co discovered it and cleaned it up early in the AM, but they now realize last year's oil incident was no accident. As an added bonus a deputy got a nail in the foot, so they'll be tacking on (ha ha) some extra charges to the list.

Other than that, it was great seeing folks who don't normally come out for beers & group rides. And no crashes coming in  waytogo

Good seeing everyone.   waytogo  Sorry if I didn't get to meet all of you.  A special thanks to Drunken Monkey, Juan, Petemg, Desmoquattro, Sidm and Michael Moore for helping out and making sure everying went smoothly.  The pace--as promised--was slow and everyone stayed upright.  Woot!

Someone was taking video of us leaving Alice's.  Anyone know who it was?  I'd love to see how it turned out.

apparently that accident on skyline that closed the road was a white 848 that crossed double yellow and collided with a norton  :'( both were airlifted.
