I saw some retired Marine Corp guys riding in matching vests/patches. I'm not even insinuating that these guys were anything but tough if they wanted to be, but one of them had red and gold BRAIDED TASSELS hanging from his handlebars. I swear, it looked just like a young girl's jump rope.
Yeah, I was with a non-moto riding friend once and we say some H-Ds with apehangers that had the braided leather whips hanging down from the bars. They must have been three feet long.
My friend, who knew I own an H-D asked, "What up with those tassle thingies?"
"I don't have friggin' clue" was all I could offer.

The braided whip was an outlaw mc thing. They typically are of the mc's colors. Now you have the wanna be outlaw guys running around with them to look cool.

Perhaps, but I've never seen a 1%er with them; only those going for a 1%er vibe. Still, I still don't have a friggin' clue what's up with 'em, other than they look stupid and gay.
But hey, maybe that's just me.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.
