Post that thing up on ADV.  There are lots of boxxer nuts over there.

Nice.  Still chuckle when I think that I turned down $13500 for the SC.

And then there's this:

You saw that too....  laughingdp laughingdp  I saw it last night.  I wonder if it's the same guy that was trying to sell it a few months ago. Same bike. Same school street area. Worse pictures now. I think I'm going to try to stay away from faired race bikes.  Started watching Tuono videos. I could live with the transformer face.

If push came to shove would you take the 8?

I think I would considering the mileage on the bike and the fact that the 30k mile service is due in less than 1500 miles...those two factors have me between a rock and a hard place.

The alternative is to keep the SF, which I would have no objection doing as I love it...I just feel the need for something different while I'm able.  It's funny how when you get to be my age you start wondering how much time you have left to enjoy doing the things you enjoy doing... Grin

Roger that on all counts!!   waytogo waytogo  Hope it works out!  That said we could always do the 30K over a weekend or two at your place.

If I wind up keeping the SF I'll definitely take you up on that...it would be a good learning experience as well as a big money saver... Grin

I love this guy.

He says it's an 1198 but yet shows one right side fairing shot that clearly shows an 848 while the other shots are 1198's.

Says it's a glossy black color yet all the pictures show a red bike.

What could go wrong?    laughingdp  laughingdp

I'm going to pretend I didn't see that... Sad

Actually, I think I did see that awhile back but ironically didn't care for the black...it doesn't have the flyscreen and belly pan that the 2014 model has, and probably needs tires and an extended warranty, but it is still a substantial savings over a new one...and no break in required... Grin
