Hmm, this will take some thinking. Is there a time limit?

Where do I start...................from the beginning..........

Dogs

Bikes (the pedalling kind)

Fishing (ah Mullet Creek where the fish had 3 eyes)

Motorbikes (many and varied)

Girls (or did that come before motorbikes?)

Travel (I've been everywhere man, I've been..........)

Electronics; particularly speaker building

Cars (many and varied)

Tennis (social)

Touch Football

Volleyball

Fishing

Bush walking & canyoning (all over the Blue Mountains)

Fly Fishing (which links in nicely with the bush walking)

Mountain Biking (Canberra scene, boy did they smoke me or what)

Boats

and so the list goes on and on and on..........

Right now:

Duke, Beagles (2x), horses (3x), boating & fishing, 4x4, small acreage farming, tennis, home theatre, coffee.

Hey this is like one of those movie flashbacks.........I'm not dead, am I??

lets see, in no particular order

food - eating creating (cooking) and growing (veges)
coffee -  like big, both making and getting it made for me
music - listening to both live and recorded, but also creating and recording. I haven't played in bands for a decade or more, but am looking to get back into it now that Uni is over.
electronics - I am a tinkerer, but not so much these days..
getting out on 2 wheels, both pedal and motor
playing with Nemo (and Dory when she's more than a gooing, crying, eating and shitting lump!)
watching motorsport!
drinking beer!

Uh-oh ... what's going on here?

Passions hey ... well there is really one one ... and you've all met her. For everything else passion is far too strong a word, but there are a few things I have chosen to fill in my time. S'pose I am just not a very excitable person.

But firstly I need to know ... what the hell do you people do for work and how do I get on board (probably be a bit more passionate I s'pose). I just don't see how you can find a job which provides you with firstly the money to do these things and then the time to pursue them properly.

Anyway back to me ... and yes I know the photos are shit.

She who is my passion:

A pastime, way back when ... that we shared together. Stalled after someone broke something and ended after the bowling bowl incident:

You can see that her mild bling obsession is long standing (although far from Concours condition at the moment):

Football has been around since I was three, but after a career ending injury I now 'like to
watch':

Diving is something we have been interested in for a while (gone about as far as we can without going pro), although that has been stalled because of someone's injury as well:

Little cars can also be a distraction, but I think she feels a little unloved nowadays:

But never alone:

Other things travel, photography, pushbikes, etc are mostly just a consequence of pursuing the above ... nothing like you passionate people.

Oh and just to prove I am on a whole different level of weirdness I even played golf yesterday.

Notes in red

who owns the boen specials???!!!! i have a pair of 156 specials, and i love em! used to skate all the time.......geez i was fit once! Just being a schoolkid I could never afford boens, my older brother had two pairs ... the bastard

mine have "cannibals" on them with reidel USA boots, but i have a set of road wheels like on your other pair. Unfortunately most of that is beyond me (maybe I'm too young?) ... but the Primo Deanos were definitely not road wheels for me ... much too hard a compound

skating! how daggy laughingdp Absolutely! ... but some of the shit we got up to Shocked

THAT'S THEM! primo deanos!! i'd forgotten the name of em! i bought my boens after working in the fruit and veg section at woolies on a saturday, i'd cycle 20k to work, another 10 to the rink, play roller hockey after work, do the arvo session, speed training, then the evening session and then ride home. i paid mine off at $20 a week, took me AGES! had hugger SLT's on them for ages, they were the wheel to have up here! waytogo

paul.
omg i sound old! LOL bang head laughingdp
