Like the ghetto hand gaurds?  They were a joke.

Yea, right!  You should stencil Rizoma on them and say you paid $400. EACH!

Here's a picture of my bike with dual light.

Thanks Charlief.  That's what I was looking for.  There seems to be quite a gap between the light units and the fairing.  I was hoping they would fit more snugly, but given yours looks like a quality job, that's about as snug as they will fit?

Ya they are snug up against the fairing. As I stated before I tabbed up a piece of abs to fill the gap. I'll take it apart and show some better pics for you.

Thanks, the more pics the better, I appreciate them.  I am still unsure if this is a mod that will enhance the bike or not (beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that jazz)...

Hmmm...I never thought I'd like side-by-side duals with the fairing, but that looks great!   waytogo   A blacked-out windshield helps too!

RZ500-

Did you decide to go with the "Bates" style dual headlights? (http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/DUALS/Electrical/DUALS.html)

If so, let me know.  I may have quite the deal for you.

Hi mate

Not sure the twin headlight is for me after all.  I am quite unsure I like the gap left at the top, between lights and fairing.  Charlie has done a great job of obscuring the gap, nonetheless it doesn't quite appeal to me...
I don't want to lose the bikini fairing either, because even if I like the look without, it's a useful little appendage for the longer, faster rides as it takes a bit of air pressure off.

Does anybody know if they can be fitted much closer to the fairing?

why not mod the headlight portion of the fairing the square up the hole a lil bit so you could raise the lights up to fill the gap?  this would require a fab'd light bracket to get the lights up into the position you would want but dremeling on the bikini fairing might be in order to get a more snug fit.  if you really like the idea of dual headlights plus a bikini fairing, go ahead and cut into it Evil, take a bunch of pics and do a write up waytogo
