Yep, I bought mine in the mid/late 90's for $750 - running. Cracked the head, fixed. Broke the timing belt, fixed. Gave up on starting for no apparent reason, sold to the scrapyard.

It seems they didn't design the governor on the diesel to be used as the shift point.

I think I remember you had to remove a wheel to change the oil filter.

Why does it worry you? I might consider allowing someone to test ride if they had cash in hand, but that's a big if.

The fact that they specified US cash only is a bit suspicious.
