Some good fights tonight. I thought Cowboy got robbed. Cyborg was strong, but I'll give props to Evinger for hanging in. Woodley fought smart (stuffed 21 takedowns....21), but I'm not digging his newfound attitude. (Post fight was pretty humble though). Cormier was pressing the fight, but Bang! Congrats to Jones.

This is the problem of McGregor/Mayweather, now everyone is looking for a "super fight". Jones calling out Lesnar is dumb.

DC was probably winning that fight until the big crack to the noggin. He fought a smart fight but Jones is just better.
I am not a fan of Woodley's. I want Lawler to get another shot at him. That guy just wants to fight, no taking it easy. He came out at Cowboy like a man possessed and I agree with you Kopf, I felt Cowboy got robbed in the end.
Loved that Swiss dude that KO'd Manuwa.

^^^^^ Yes, I almost forgot about Oezdemir. He's a make the beast with two backsing beast. I think I heard Manuwa say 'I don't want to go to school today Uncle Earl',  as he was getting up off the mat.  :D

Here we go again. Jones pissed hot.

The UFC organization was notified today that the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) has informed Jon Jones of a potential Anti-Doping Policy violation stemming from an in-competition sample collected following his weigh-in on July 28, 2017.

Additional information will be provided at the appropriate time as the process moves forward.

Hats off to Conor. I thought he did well, especially since he chose to fight one of the best in the game for his debut.

Nothing to do with MMA. If you watched the Mayweather/McGregor fight and hadn't watched any boxing in a bit, maybe it peaked your interest again. Well boys and girls on Sep 16 there is going to be what could possibly be one of the best fights ever. Canelo vs Golovkin. If interested read up on the two of them, these guys are powerful, fast, and hit hard as make the beast with two backs.

"But Alvarez-Golovkin is a different story. There is no novelty. It is a serious fight between two of the world's elite pound-for-pound boxers, for the unified and lineal middleweight world championship in a match most expect to be highly competitive and filled with action."
