Holly got choked unconscious by Miesha, and Nate choked out Connor.

Holly went out (no pun intended) like a champ.

Conner's mouth caught up to him and he tapped in a flash. I loathe the Diaz brothers but enjoyed this win.

Miesha deserves that win. After that fight Holly deserves a rematch.

My opinion (which means dick) is that Connor pushed it too far by jumping two weight classes (nobody has ever won doing that) was a bad move. He will go back to his weight class and dominate. He did a ton of damage to Nate, who I don't think (?) has ever been blooded up like that. Holly and Mieshas's fight was awesome, and I don't recall any fighter continuing to try and fight (watch video if you haven't) until they were choked unconscious.

Wow! No sure bets. There is so much that can go wrong come the next fight after a glorious win. Holly has class.

Cant tell you how much I hate the trash talk. It tarnishes a sport that requires such noble attributes as courage and commitment.
I'd like a dollar for every person that wanted to see Connor mashed to a pulp.

Trash talking is a part of all sports, especially in the fight game. I think Ali was the first one to make it mainstream. You just mentioned the amount of people that wanted to see Connor get beat up (which he didn't). He was doing the damage (that is trash talk as well). At least these guys and girls get to act on it, unlike say Rossi & MM who take their trash talk (mostly on social media) onto the race track and instead of racing (the one incident) try and crash each other. Trash talk by fighters is part of the game.

Ali was tongue in cheek and humorous. Made it look cute and cheeky. Remember "I'm so pretty, but you is ugly"? . Of course there were other things in society at the time that were influencing things.

I do hate what its become and unfortunately it is part of it now. It is beneath the sport and akin to pro wrestling promotion. I embrace MMA from a technical point of view, but I'm old school traditional in outlook if you know what I mean.
