You guys are killing me. I saw the 2 main fights on MMA Core, but did not have time to watch the rest.

My shotokan background has only gotten in the way of learning more useful uay hai skills   laughingdp I can kick better than most though...

Is any Post-Serra  GSP fight NOT anticlimactic?

I can't believe no one has mentioned the triple german suplex! That was awesome.

ahh crap, i forgot about the triple-plex!   applause

I took muay thai and just kept sweeping them using the same technique that machida uses.  Add boxing to shotokan and it will "look" similar to thai boxing.  I would like to see a machida v shogun 3!

That was by far the most beautiful spinning backfist technique I have ever seen in MMA. Who had the flying triangle?

I hate watching Diaz fight. I'll try to watch it tonight and try to stay awake until the end.

God it was beautiful. Only made that much better nbecause he was calling McD a pregnant dog between rounds. He got tossed around like a redheaded ragdoll.

The flying Triangle came courtesy of Pablo Garza on Jaboiun or whatever he's called.

Machida-Shogun 3 would be sick. I'm fairly certain that it would go a lot like the first figt. God that was a war

Diverticulitis is now 2-0 vs. Lesnar.  Carwin / JDS is a pretty interesting subsitute, imo.

130 is looking thin... the Torres fight is free on Spike, so I don't see myself leaving the house for this one.

You know, I wouldn't be surprised if this was brought on in some part by stress and anxiety. I mean shit, we all saw what Carwin and Cain did to him as soon as they touched his face, and now he was supposed to be facing the best striker in the division.

Bottom line is, Brock can't take a punch, fighting the guy with the best hands might not have been that attractive to him when he thought about it. I don't really think Lesnar will be around MMA for much longer.

Carwing vs JDS is a much more exciting and intriguing matchup IMO. Carwin's absolutely insane power and great wrestling vs JDS's amazing technique and TDD.

Funny El Mat...my wife was just saying it may be the stress via he doesn't like to be hit as I was reading your post. Yeah, maybe just stuck to your chicken salad training techniques Broch. I actually haven't minded him much on TUF. He's actually been pretty decent.

Great minds and whatnot Wink

I actually haven't been able to stand this season, this has got to be the worst crop of prospects I've ever seen. Shit, I keep seeing the fights and going "huh, I could probably beat this guy"

But then again I say that as I'm currently half crippled from eating a bunch of leg kicks yesterday, so I wouldn't pay much attention. I feel like someone the day after they fought Aldo
