Lots of good beers here.  waytogo I must be weird though...I didn't care all that much for Dogfish 90-Minute IPA. It was good as I finished the pack, just way too much money for the quality IMO. I'm a HUGE IPA fan...I just like Pacific Northwest style IPAs better I guess.  Undecided

My favorite in a bottle right now is New Belgium's Hoptober.  waytogo My tap favorites are all local.

Care to drop some of that in the mail? They don't distribute NB in the NorthEast...

That state penn porter looks like it might be something. I'll have to see how it measures up to the Rasputin. Maybe msincredible knows.

Speaking of good beer, I'm having my 5th annual "Smorgasbeer" event this Saturday at my place.

The event consists largely of a massive cooler, into which each participant places a six pack (or two) of off-the-wall beer. Then everyone selects at random and enjoys, hangs out, and munches on goodies. Silliness usually ensues.

Saranac Octoberfest, OtterCreek October fest, Sammy A Octoberfest.  (I like Octoberfest beers).

Normally, Peroni or Sammy A boston lager, or Corona.

Otter Creek Stove Pipe Porter.

On the Dog Fish Head 90 minute, be careful.

A few years ago my wife and i went away for our first weekend away from the kids.  Decided to ski, but hte mountain closed due to ice and wind.

Had my first dog fish head 90 at about noon.  Events got very hazy around 5.  Woke up at the quaint bed and breakfast at 6 am with the door to the room open, my pants/wallet /shoes in the halway, my wife sleeping in the bathroom (mind you we are USUALLY responsible almost 40 year olds), bed still made, a mess in the toilet, etc., etc...
