My wife gave birth to our first child this morning at 7:57.  His name is Carter James Campbell, and he weighed in at 7 pounds, 4 ounces, and is 20 inches long. [beer]
This is the fourth time my wife has been pregnant since we've been together, and this is the first one that actually stayed.  Every other time she has lost the baby at about the 8 week mark, so it was hard to get excited for this one because of our past history.  But, now we have a healthy baby boy, and I couldn't be more excited!
I'll post some pics tonight...my camera is still at the hospital.
Some people are like slinky's.  They serve absolutely no purpose, but they always bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

There's a black market in Ducati onesies that Statler runs. There's one or more that's floated from one new DMF parent to the next.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

It feels great to finally have a healthy baby. And the mother is very happy...and tired.  She had a c section and is still a little doped up from all the pain meds she's on.
