I'll be up there Saturday, Maybe there will be some freebie's either way , I'll be bike less and could use some cheering up. It's up there for service and will mostlikely have to have the case split. Maybe there will be a lapse of time where I can lighten the flywheel and other gears.

Looked like a pretty good crowd there today.  Saw some familiar faces, actually one guy I hadn't seen since college (1985) so it was pretty fun.  I really can't get too wound up about the new Ducs - about the only one I would like to own is a sport classic GT.  Had a beautiful 1978 900 on display there that was very cool.

Went down in the truck this morning and saw a cop with 4 or 5 Ducatis pulled over on Hwy 26 around Waupun.  No one was smiling.

Heading to Road America for the vintage show tomorrow morning.

I was ok with it, I wish it would have been a little more hyped up. But then again this is Milwaukee. Would have been nice if Ducati N.A. would have been giving anything away, hell even stickers would have been cool. Maybe I was there at the wrong time. Also Parts Unlimited should have been selling instead of just taking orders. They had a whole fricken semi. These type of events only breed internet sales and really do nothing for the dealer. With this small market, Joe is going to need all the help he can get.
