Has anybody used this tail chop kit?Huh?  If so how do you re route the cable that locks the seat to the bike?Huh?

been wanting to do a tail chop on my bike but haven't figured out how to re route the cable for the lock or how to remove it, any suggestions?Huh?

That kit does not require you to remove the stock seatlock.  Most of us (myself included) still have it.  If you want an even cleaner look you can remove it and cut/grind the mount tab off of the frame; but then you will need to touch up the exposed metal with paint to match.  

I made my own brackets as I just have an integrated taillight (Vizi-tec LED) and a license plate, no external turn signals or license plate light.

That is what I have and am happy with it.  Fairly cheap and pretty easy to install.  You can get a LED tag light (if you need it) from Monsterparts.com that works well with it.
