If that doesn't transform into power armour then everything I've learned about the Japanese is a lie.

Too chiseled looking for my liking.
and i thought the stock monster S2R/S4R mirrors were ugly,  man these are ding dong ugly.

Is showing a bike like that on this site classed as racist?

I'd have a guess and say a bit cheaper than a 'real' streetfighter too

The last few z1000's have looked pretty cool, the only thing that I hated about those bikes were the dual outlets either side. I can see this still hasn't changed.

Spider, that's only because it's black.

Alright, I'm the weirdo  (you all knew that already!)

I like it, dump the number plate bracket and I'm there, the top one, not keen on the Snake skin seat though  vomit

I like the classic style like the Monsters, but I also like some of the Modern style bikes

Would I own one?
Not sure, I'd have to see it in the plastic first, but I am intrigued by the look, dump the friggen pipes though.

The wife just saw it and thought it was hot, but she has no taste
Case in point - She married me!  cheeky

The Duc looks a bit better in the flesh than that photo, but even so... I honestly have to say that if it didn't have the classic trestle frame, I would hate it as much as the other two bikes...
The main redeeming features (other than the frame), are all of the brand name bits bolted on.  Brembo, Marchesini and Ohlins can only go so far towards masking the ugly Jap-ness about it.

Having said that, once you're riding it you're not looking at it, and I know it'd run rings around my S4RS on the road or track!

The S4RS was given some grief by mag journos because it had outdated styling, and that all of the other manufacturers were following current design trends.  I disagree, and actually like the Monster precisely because it has a classic non-Jap style about it.
