Just a quickie (Suddup Jukie

)
I've just changed the instrument faces on my gauges from black to white, got them from a bloke in Germany (Thanks Brimo.

) They are brilliant and very good quality.

Anyway, that involves taking off the needles (Delicately,

)
Now what I'm after is the resting position of the speedo needle after the ignition key is turned on and it has gone through its rotation cycle. Does it finish on the "0" kilometre mark, or a little below.

I would think most of these later instruments would operate in the same manner, but for the record the bike is a M1000S DS. [moto]
I'm not too fussed about the Tacho maybe being a little out, but in the Camera State, I'd like the Speedo to be pretty well on the money.

BTW, the Plods are trialling a new camera (For Vic at least) that gets you coming and going and is reputedly accurate to a kilometre.
Thanks in advance!!
