I'm in the same boat - apparently I found DML and tried to register about the same time all the mods resigned, so my password confirmation got stuck in internet limbo.

Glad I found this place, I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions.

Glad I found the thread on DML that lead me back to the fold.

Thanks guys.  While I was in the desert DML was my connection to the real world and happy people.  Glad to see we still have a home.

I'm so glad I found this site finally. Stumbled around in the DML for awhile and read all threads about people leaving and trying to find the "new" site. Fortunately it didn't take long to find my way here.

Probably will keep checking out the DML from time to time to see what's going on.

New Monster rider here (I've only ridden metric cruisers and a Busa before this one). . . I've spent the last week combing the proverbial interweb desert in search of information on my recently purchased '97 M750. Stumbled across the new corporate microfascist state, or whatever the best metaphor for the "other forum" is. . . nearly went sick from being bombarded by advertisements and reading about the censorship. Guess a small intro is in order, while I'm at it - name's Gary, I'm a born tinkerer and I'm guilty of hatin' on rice burners and Harleys equally. I'm a daily rider, a professional geek, a music collector, and I can be convinced of just about anything if I am handed a good cup o' joe. Welp, all I wanted to say  is CHEERS!    Glad I found THIS place, and I expect many happy returns.

p.s. Don't hate me because my clutch is wet  Haha

thank the moto god for you guys starting this up...

i was on the DML just a short time (about 6 mo) before it became what it is.

i am so glad that there are people willing to do this for a community of people with nothing but love for monsters!

PS thanks for the facebook email or i would have given up entirely on looking for a replacement to DML- i wasnt willing to spend any more time there to find out what happened...
