Nobody's posted the Bonnie Blue that flew over the first batteries that fired upon Ft. Sumter in 1861.  It was an "unofficial" flag, but quite popular.

I was somewhat surprised (not) to see it prominently displayed in the Confederate motorcycle "factory" in New Orleans when I visited a week before the big blow of Aug 2005.
