finally an ad that is actually addressed to motorcyclists and actual what's to alter their behaviour.

the vicroads one at the moment is utter rubbish!

it seems to want to:

a) continue the idea that bike riding is wanting death
b) frighten away people thinking about getting there license
c) instill the fact that motorcycles suddenly flip/wheelie if you look down at the speedo
d) all motocyclists are hoons

the current at is perplexing to motorcyclists because:

a) I've been trained due to the disparity in braking performance that you should go through orange lights as opposed to slamming on the brakes and ending up in the middle of the intersection or with a car up your fender
b) the overtaking manoeuvre way technically not be braking the law - he isn't 'undertaking' as it was described to me
c) modern japanese bikes have such power that they can mono from an 80kph mark when overtaking on a good road surface

now....you know how I rant about guys who wear underwear (singlets/shorts) on bikes, so that one I agree with....and I agree with the message, but it seems this video isn't created to teach motorcyclists anything other than "we don't understand you"

Yep true what it shows is that we all fall off by high siding or low siding while trying to go too fast being
race bike riders. Not casual fun riders.
