I don't think it really operates that way anyway, at least for tickets.  I think we chicks tend to inspire protective instincts in the  Police.

When I got a warning for speeding on the bike, the very nice CHP said, "Just be careful...the cars don't see you."

The instincts being exhibited when I was issued my tickets were not those of someone being protective of me--perhaps protective of society at-large.   laughingdp
