New wheels on an Old bike
«

So I found some Marchesini wheels that I want to buy. the donor bike is a 2002 900ss. I have a 2001 S4. same wheel sizes (17 X 3.5, and 17 X 5.5) does anyone see any issue with these wheels working on my bike?

That rear wheel looks like it's a small axle.
Unless those are magnesium, there's no real advantage over the OEM 5-spokers that came on the S4.

i would not, however Stanley (a female cat) is around our house so much, it'd be like selling of my own cat.
