Chain Guards? What do you have?

After searching and searching on the board I wanted to ask this question - do you have any chain guards on your bike? I looked at tons of pictures, and I saw all sorts - chopped, none, carbon fiber, front only, etc. Tell me what you have, and if you've modded them, show us a pic!!
I have both of mine chopped, but have seriously considered taking both off. The sato rearsets with the heel guard keep my foot well away from the front one and I don't wear boots with laces, so there is no danger of anything getting in there.

Yours are chopped? How?
Mine are ugly plastic stock. I want to take off the sides of them - is that what you did?

The rear one is cut to less than 1/2 the original size, and the front one has the "side" cut out of it; side facing your foot - sort of like a window that you can see the chain through. It does somewhat make the chain guard disappear from the side. I have some pictures of them in my camera that I took this weekend. I'll get them up this evening.
I left the mounting holes (obviously) and then hacked away with a coping saw. It's easier than the dremel. The front one got real weak when cutting the side out though. I was going to hack out all sides, but the plastic is just not strong enough to do so. I thought about bracing it with some aluminum bar, but was afraid it would get snagged on the chain possibly.
Pics to come later!

Stopintime,
Here are my two chainguards...front and rear
The rear one could be taken off all together or chopped some more IMO.

Mmmmmm, carbon.
I love carbon, I'd push a moron into traffic for some more carbon.
Someday I'll take some new pics to show off more of my newer handy work...
