So since the mod bug hit me I've decided to take the all or nothing approach. Two months ago, I purchased a 2001 Monster S4 with all the trimmings...it's a great bike, it's not MY bike. So I have decided to do a complete transformation.
It started with:

Ohlins rear shock
Ohlins steering dampener
GSXR 1000 forks with Matris internals. Installed by The Department of Suspension.
Tokico Radial brake calipers
GSXR radial clutch mc
GSXR radial front brake mc
STM full floating buttons on rotors
Cyclecat top clamp
Custom clipons
DP racing fairing
AIM MyChrom III custom dash with lap timer and sending unit
Sargent seat with tube storage under the seat
Risoma mirrors
Cyclecat rearsets with custom foot pegs
Cyclecat frame sliders
Cyclecat full open clutch cover
Cyclecat sprocket cover
Speedymoto case cover
Barrnet clutch basket and plates
Red Casoli pressure plate
DP Al radiator tube
PCIII USB with custom map
SPS cams degreed
STM adjustable pulleys
Pistal HC pistons
Full DP 45/50 SS exhaust with Ti exhaust cans
DP corsa ecu
DP oil cooler
Yoyodyne clutch slave
Rear fender eliminator
New F/R 15/42 sprockets (Super Sprocket rear) DID ERV3 520 chain

from there I have sold a lot of the "go fast" parts off and started to transform it into the bike I want.......new tank, new rearsets, SSS conversion, new headlight, tail chop, LEDs all around.....I have a vision..... Stay Tuned

If anyone has any ideas, suggestions or tips - feel free to post.

Parts list:
SSS - Sourced, thanks Muskrat
Eccentric Hub -  Thanks Brad @MotionSBK
SSS Wheel- Still needed
rear tire fit for wheel size - Still needed
s4r rearsets - still needed
s4r headers/exhaust - sourced, thanks BT
Shock- may be needed (depending on clearance of current shock)
Decals - sourced, Thanks eichh
Internals for gas 2002 gas tank - still needed

Yes, the old school logo has been done.... but I havent yet seen the revamped logo in the Dark Knight style, with the Dark Gray/Silver   and Black scheme   Tongue

PC that Swingarm.
Polish the lower triple and grind down the casting marks to match the top. or PC them bth.

and this is jsut me, but id get rid of those Cycle Cat rearsets, they are worth alot to some people, and being that there are no spare parts for it...if you never get them damaged, you cant fix them.

Swing arm (amongst other things) will be PC'd! The rearsets are going to be put up for sale in the next day or so..... you want'em? Evil Thanks for the advice on the triple, I'll get it done....but i dont know what you mean about the casting marks. I was planning on PC'n the Upper and lower. You think I should do that or leave them silver?

the casting marks are just the little lip left over from the two halfs of casting it. grind it off and itll look tons better.

I have a S2R1000 that just recently got trashed, so as much as i would like to vulture around your bike parts  Evil. i cant.  Sad. What color are you doing your Swingarm? It would be nice to PC your frame to match.

If all goes well, this winter ill be building a bigger oven to PC my frame. Thats after i sue this guy's insurance for wrecking my bike. Cry and i wanted to PC my frame your silver/grey color. lol but i dont know what color do to my swingarm.
