Found the place but I have not used them yet.  They are on the corner of Von Karmen and Barranca in Irvine.  It's called Irvine Lock and Key.  Call ahead if you are planning on using them, only the old guy knows how to use the right machine.  They have a second store in Lake Forest.  Post up of you use them.
