I'm not touching that comment.....

Yep, I'm good with that... wait a minute, you're not talking about me?

Sorry to confuse you GoldFiSh. The New Nick is my Nick. I think I will refer to him as George from now on to avoid confusion....   And...as Betty has noted, I could do with a few more inches! Shocked

No confusion at all... he can keep the name, my wife coined the goldfish tag a few years ago due to a visit to the hospital after a Monsters Down Under (as it was known then) ride that went slightly wrong....

Sounds intriguing, please tell me more. I am new and didn't hear about this one. Or PM me if the story is off topic.

My bad. If I had attended the day, there would have been a juicy video, but alas, Nick can fill you in on all the glory details. Suffice to say, if others had not been present, he may not be able to tell you what happened! Luckily we can look back and not regret too much.

Uh-oh ... what's going on here?

I only read about it in the archives myself (and you would need to search beyond this forum I believe).

Basically somebody had what is technically known as an 'oops' which resulted in some short term memory loss and a nickname from an obviously compassionate spouse. Consequently Goldie's kiddies have thenceforth carried fish themed monickers amongst the OzMo faithful.

Well done Dez and Merry Christmas.

Did you use the 'but I'm a good boy, I promise, you can check if you like' argument with assurances of continued good behaviour?

Wish I had of known about the letter writing business when I first moved to Vic as I had a very clean record up till then.  Roll Eyes  Now, since owning the Duc, my record is totally besmirched! (and it only took 3 goes) Grin

In a nutshell, Betty's on the money. Some short term memory loss in 3 min cycles for about 6 hours or so, I guess. Ducmonrob, Monstermick or Desmoquattro (from the Ducati Mob in SF who was visiting at the time) can all recall the story I'm sure... It was way back when, in the days of the DML..

Nemo and Dory are the kiddies OzMo names (and that was started by bigiain with Nemo, and carried on by my better half Broni)
