Meanie, You've made my day. I thought I might be committing some mortal sin with a bag on my bike, well it does spoil its lines somewhat, but a girl has to put her stuff somewhere and jacket pockets dont really cut it, especially for the hairbrush.  I have put a hand towel under mine to protect the paintork. Its an RJays about the same size as the one you have.

Yes, I will fess up as well. Guilty as charged. I have a bag on the back of my monster too. I put a triboseat grippy cover on my pillion seat and put some clear tape to protect my grab handles. This way the bag won't damage my bike. It gets a bit hot in summer with a backpack on, so this has worked well for me. I may not be stylish, but I am practical.

Well actually, yes it does completely and utterly destroy the beautiful and sublime shape we have all come to love...

I feel embarrassed when I have to ride anywhere with that "thing" following me.
I put on my crappy textile jacket and leather work boots and hope that no-one recognises me.
Around town I ride really slowly and quietly, trying to be as inconspicuous as possible...

But I had no choice.
The Zook was laid up in the garage, getting oil pan, rear pinion and t-case seals replaced.
I was thirsty.

Hey Heatherp i am curious  as how you are going to mount
Get a leg over get on the bike with all that on the arse
back. laughingdp
With all your riding gear on.
You must be double jointed to lift your leg that high or you are going  get on side saddle even though a very mean feat. laughingdp

How about a tank bag? Would allow for easier access to your beverages and thus quench your thirst faster?  chug

No I'm not taking that much stuff on Turismo. Although I do have to take a sleeping bag to Bazz's place.

Yes that is a folding chair.  I was off  to the Port Fairy Folk Festival where you have to take and sit on your own chairs in the venues.

How do I get on the bike.  I do lots of yoga and whilst I'm nowhere near as tall as Spider, I do fold up just as nicely.  So YES Meanie I really am that flexible. Kiss
