Why is it that speedymoto is perpetually out of stock on virtually everything monster related?  I've even contacted them about future availability of their top triple and clip-ons only to get a response a week later with "a few weeks out".  I replied asking to please let me know when they come available and, going on 6 months now, still nothing.  Am I the only one who finds this completely unacceptable?

No, you're not alone.

It has been like that for a while and I don't know why.
Super nice people and fantastic products, so it's really sad.

Supply can't meet demand = loss profit.  That's too bad

About 6 months ago, I was told the reason for the delay was that production had been ramped down during the recession and they were trying to ramp things up again. I doubt they would still be catching up from that, though.

I just picked up one of the new billet case covers from them. It arrived 3 days after I ordered it. I also have several other parts on my bike from them, and have never had an issue.

I guess I'll be looking elsewhere for parts.  I know there are a few more options for clip-ons but Is Rizoma the only other option for a top triple clamp?

I waited months for my top triple and tallboy clipons from speedymoto.... great quality, beautiful workmanship.... but zero inventory.  I was keen to see how their rearsets would turn out, back in June they told me "around August......"  Glad I ordered Rizomas coz still their website says "coming soon".   I dont get it, they make great stuff, they're very helpful to deal with and there's a great deal of latent business out there.....  but they just dont seem to be able to meet demand.

All I want is a realistic timeframe rather than "pre-order" and "coming soon".  Even if they said 6 months, if I was confident that I'd see my parts in 6 months, I'd still order them.  But I don't have that confidence and apparently you don't either.  Thanks for your input.

Do you know of any other options for a quality top triple?

I'm ordering from Style and Performance. Nice people and good on timeframes.

http://www.styleandperformance.it/

email them, tell them what you want. more custom options than most places.
