Wow, this is great.  Our new home, however I had about 990 posts on the old DML and was looking forward to making it to the
1000 milestone  Cry .  This being a new beginning I'll give a little more info about myself.  I'm 57 years old, live in Anchorage, and work
for the Feds as a Wildlife Biologist.  Alaska has a short riding season, few roads (really a good thing), but is truly an awesome place to ride.
My monster, often know as the Desmo B*tch, sees mostly sport riding use when I can get a few hours free.  But I love doing multi day camping MC trips with my wife.
If the ride is all tarmac we take the Monster and the SV, if dirt and gravel are involved we mount the BMW F650 and the Suzuki DR650.  Alaska is an awesome dual sport destination.

If any of you plan to ride up to Alaska be sure to send me a PM so we can meet.

Oh yeah, my real name is Bill mo:t:

I'm really proud of total number of hours that 1000 post took during work hours.

Looking forward to the  dr::

Yeah, riding season is here.  I road to work today and yesterday.  I need to get out on the open road and let-er rip.
We'll have to meet up again this season.
