I had to pull all the sheer pins so I could rotate the auger back wards and rip the lid back out with a pair of channel locks

does anyone but me keep starter fluid spray around?  i don't know how you guys even have seasonal equipment without it.

chunks of wood are also idea for checking shear pin effectiveness.
I lubed all cables and changed belts before winter. Now my vertical chute adjuster is frozen in place
