Anyone have carbon fiber side vents installed on their monster?

Still can't make up my mind on whether I like 'em or not.

Pictures Please!!!  waytogo

If you look on the second page of accessories&mods at the thread "Exhaust preferences" by a guy named "grunte" and scroll down page 3 you will find a couple of pics of my S4Rs with a view of the side vent.
Hope this is of some help.
cheers,  Geoff

these?  I had some wire mesh added to them to make them look better and re-cleared them with automotive clear because these things fade QUICK as does most CF

I haven't posted many pics of the old girl since I sold her to Yuu but here she is. These pics should give you a little different angle of them. I wouldn't have posted pics of her because I don't own her any longer but I'm not sure Yuu still has the CF vents on the bike.

I wanted those vents too, but then a little re-routing and removing...

Yeah, I thought about that, but I have a serious condition of "lazy".

I think they would look sweet on a black but on the dark you may lose them unless that carbon is nice and shiny.

I think I've come to the conclusion that they might look out of place on a bike with the side panels removed.  What do you think?

On a silver black phantom bike...

I think your bike looks fine without them for the reason you mentioned.  I have them on mine, but I have the cf side panels also to balance the look fore-aft.

Hope you don't mind me going off the monster theme but at the milan show there was a hypermotard on the febur.it stand with carbon side pods which I thought looked the "dogs" but up until now I've not been able to find them on thier web-site  bang head
