growing a business when the economy is booming is arguably a smaller feat than keeping a business afloat when the economy is in the shitter.

seriously, small business loans 5 years ago were easy to get, you just needed to show up with a balance sheet showing you weren't bloowing all your income on coke.  now, it's nearly impossible even with perfect credit and assets.
This business was built long before 5 years ago...but you're right about financing for the average business.

That wasn't the problem here.

You had to see it happen to really appreciate it.

Doesn't matter...the employees have jobs at a good shop that seems to be thriving despite the economy and Ducatis poor forecasting, the owner won't starve and there is still representation of the brand not that far away both on a dealer level and independents.

I never understood the "wow" factor that alot of people have/had with BCM.  I neverhad any service done there.

I will say this....  I got to know Eric from meeting him at his shop and he's a great guy. That's why I chose him to do my suspension work over the winter.

Having Eric do your suspension is a very good choice. He does top notch work and is a great guy to boot.

I'm glad Kyle has found employment elsewhere, he's a good guy. To me, since the current owner took over it's been hot and cold. One day you call up there and get great service and the next they're yelling at you over the phone. The current owner did something pretty make the beast with two backsed up to a friend not too long ago and that was NOT cool at all. I don't want to get into the details but I'm sure DP knows what I'm referring to. After that, I'm glad they're closing up shop. Ain't Karma a pregnant dog!  Wink

Most of the attic stuff was gone long ago...

I'm sure the stuff is for sale...everything else seems to be in this world. Undecided

Tempting... Finish the space above it and don't charge me rent and we could have a deal. You're corvette would have to live outside also so the S4's have a place to park  waytogo

Why I am not surprised in the least to see this news? The new owner was an asshole on the DML before he owned BCM and a bigger one after.

Becoming a resident is just moving there and having an address. I would suggest that maybe they have a test or something you would have to pass but most of the currecnt residents in NH can't even read so who's gonna grade it?  laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp
