So now the big questions are who's takes over and if they can make any significant changes in order to salvage the 2010 season.
I have a copy of the FIM WSBK rulebook on my desktop, who at the AMA should I foreward it to?

jimi
1) nobody, since the ama doesn't run ama pro racing.

according to Dean -> http://www.superbikeplanet.com/2009/Dec/091230b.htm

"...Edmondson will available to consult with the management of AMA Pro Racing but his official duties will be reallocated among the other current Managing Members, David Atlas, Tom Bledsoe and Chris Harris...."

Too little, too late and for the wrong reasons.  Had the headline read "Edmonson fired for gross incompetence for his plans to destroy AMA racing" and had it come out at the beginning of 2009, it mighta meant something.

That article is a little bitter, which is probably deserved, but Edmondson has also stepped down from his duties running the somewhat successful Grand-Am series.

probably?!

again, everyone feels bad for the guy that he seems to have some serious health issues going on.  i wish him well on that.

but that does not excuse or negate the complete and total make the beast with two backs up that is AMA Pro Racing up to this point.

He's now out of the Grand Am car racing series too. What's that great saying?... don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. bang head I swear the guy ruined the series on purpose. Is it possible that they could have made it worse? Doubt it.
