I posted this elsewhere but some friends of mine who work in a local Kawi/Suzook dealership had an absolutely prestine used/trade in SV650S with less than a 1,000 miles on the clock. I mean it was perfect, it looked just like it did with zero miles on the showroom floor. If I taped over the odometer you would have never known it had been ridden, tire "whiskers"... everything. They had it for a year and a half!!! They wanted $5,000 for it and couldn't get anyone approved for a loan! I couldn't believe that every time I went by the shop it was still there. That is a very popular bike, in perfect shape for a good price. They finally blew it out the door on ebay for $3,000!!! They had $4,500 in it and just recently turned down a $3,600 cash offer. The Apocalypse is near... or at least a lot closer than Obama is telling us!
