I have been 'nudged' to replace my hose clamps laughingdp with black ones from the Streetfighter.  I've not seen a Streetfighter in person, but it sounds like a good cheap mod.  I guess I could paint mine but I'm too lazy drink.  There is not a parts catalog for the Streetfighter yet.  Is there a way to order black hose clamps from Ducati (and not get the silver ones by mistake)?  P/N's etc.?  Thanks.

We think alike in a scary way.

I'm headed to the dealer tomorrow morning to get some shims/belts for the st, and was planning on asking about them while I was there.  I'll order 2 sets as long as they arn't stupid expensive Smiley waytogo

Are they just like silver steel?
What about gun-bluing them? Would like kinda cool, pretty much black...

The streetfighter house clamps are painted black (and not a good quality paint either).

I was wondering that same thing myself...

Something else I noticed about the SF that bugged me.  Is it just me, or do the rad hoses look sort of incomplete.  Almost like they took something off the shelf, said "pretty close", and were done.  None of them line up square with the outlets, and some don't really fit on the inlet/outlets all the way.  I've seen worse, but I wouldn't expect something like that to come with a 15-20K toy.

Shitty, IMHO.
