Still in progress

And here is a wall unit and a bar I built for a friend's basement remodel a few years back...
The openings where the speakers are have custom fitted black grilles over them now.

I didn't get any finished pictures of the bar (opposite end of the room from the wall unit) but the bar was faced in acid washed copper with aluminum panels treated with a grinder and backlit. Black granite top with maple cabinets and glass inserts in the doors...

Churned out another one at work while the going is slow.

The frame is out of some sort of African wood we had left over from a job. It's super heavy and unbelievably dense. Great stuff. A lot of work to frame a painting made out of shitty house paint.

Picked up some rare exotics for my next project...which I have no idea what that will be... camatillo or Mexican Kingwood...

(Not mine but very similar in size and look) I ended up with 4 large "turning" blocks that are 5x5x36 and 6 boards that are 1x6x30

Tired of engines not cooperating when I tell 'em to go stand in the corner.

Not artistic, but still fun and something different.

Arduino Pulse Width Modulation motor speed controller.

I have been doing a lot of arduino uno projects lately - anyone else into micro controllers?
