Hey DTM...

you might try pulling the baffle and burning the scunge off it.

It may help the power and revving.

+1.
Though it may just be the vintage and the pipe design holding it back, it's worth a shot.

Good idea it does feel choked up, and a bit rich. 1/4 throttle it runs right along, any more doesnt seem to help and the cloud of smoke is ginormase.

+1.

Stop into Oz Monsters when the times comes to plan the Australian section. We'll make sure you're looked after. Just ask DQ!

I will, may need some assistance in purchasing a bike. Ill need to pick your brains to see whats allowable.

Remember to keep the greasy side down my friend. waytogo

As much grease, oil and gas this thing drips, its hard to tell which side that is Tongue

Noice, DTM.  waytogo  How much did the bike run ya?

Already eatin' street food, eh?  I can't wait for your blog post about GI distress, broken down by country and food.   laughingdp

It was 450us, may have been a bit over prices but this guy seems to have a good reputation. New tires, huge bag of spares and full set of tools. So far it leaks gas and the head light doesnt work. Ill get the guy to fix when i get back to Hanoi

The street food is great! That's all i've been eating.

Don't eat anything they serve on something moving (trains, planes, etc).

Eat the local food.

Don't eat anything with more than two ingredients. Ice is an ingredient.

 Tongue

The worst part of street food, is those stupid little chairs, i don't exactly fit. Haven't broken one yet.

No problem, happy to help. Our "local" board extends across the country, give us enough notice to get things together, and some of us may be able to be sherpas - it'll be like the friggin olympics, just we'll be passing each other dtm rather than a torch!
