ATTN: APFAbrication customers

Hello everyone,
Just logging on/letting everyone know that I've been VERY sick since sunday evening/monday morning. The very part didn't happen until Monday afternoon, and I've been pretty much bed-ridden ever since. I think I logged on and posted something yesterday about aluminum frames, but I really can't remember. Either food posioning or some stomach flu, but whatever it was made me wish for death a few times. The last time I remember being this sick was when I had mono in middle school. 103 deg fever will wreck you as an adult!
I know there are a few people waiting on parts from me (titanium stuff, headlight bracket(s), etc.. please understand I will get to these things asap. I actually ate some soup a few hours ago, and I'm starting to feel like a person again. If you couldn't reach me over the past few days, now you know why. You are welcome to PM me if other arrangements need to be made (refund, something different, etc).
My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

Feel better buddy. Try to get a bunch of food in to give you some energy to fight it.

Sorry to hear. Try to swallow some Gatorade or other electrolyte replenishment sport drink. I hope this passes soon.

I spent Christmas and New Years' in Kenya and got into some heinous food poisoning after eating a pizza with mushrooms at an Italian restaurant. Supposedly this was the finest Italian restaurant in Nairobi (not sure if that's saying much). I have my theory that it was coliform bacteria on unwashed mushrooms that did it. It was like a cross between a bad acid trip and mono; i.e I was both-endin' it for a week, thought my buddy was trying to kill me, had nightmares that he had his hands around my throat, fever 101°+, couldn't eat and everything tasted like shit anyway. Good news for me was the hospital there got me in & out in 1 hour 40, including blood work and prescription pickup, and all I had to pay was ~$100 for the whole bit. Definitely worth it at the time. In the US it would take more like 6 hours for the ER visit, at least a day for the blood work, and an hour just to pick up the meds. Managed to have fun the rest of the time there though.
So I feel your pain, go to the doctor if you haven't. My WBC was through the roof, so don't make the beast with two backs around.

In my neck of the woods there has been a serious viral gastroenteritis bug going around (aka stomach flu). Knocked me out for 36 hours, and about 3-4 people I know, including a family member 200 miles away (on the very same day!)
Anyway, just a long way of saying it's going around, may be almost gone by now.

Also saw this just now; now I feel about emailing you on Sunday
Hope you feel better, my entire studio just got over a crazy case of the flu that spread like wildfire. I totally meant it when I said take your time, not to mention until tonight I had been plagued with electrical issues AND it's been raining here in LA.
Remember, eat plenty of bacon
. That usually helps with just about everything I can think of.
Cheers mate
