Look at the fork lowers, brake caliper mount, gauge location and you have a small peak at the triple as well as the headlight they used (no suspension shock/spring setup behind) -- definitely not a girder.  I'm thinking it is just an aerodynamic fork tube cover in fiberglass or CF over Ducati factory parts.

Looks cool.  But one tidbit with girder forks that are fully enclosed ala the Confederate's (and something I have built here) -- they can be sensitive to wind directionality depending upon the cross section shown to the wind.

Beautiful.  I see the Goldline brakes.  Any other modern modifications?  What is the designation on the side panel?  It looks like 905.
