I'd say it is a KB1 with the fairings trimmed off to show off the frame and engine.

(not italian and not relevant to the thread except that it looks similar to me...).. never sold in the USA though..  VERY interesting engine:  5 valve parallel twin (5 valves per cylinder!!)

I do like those TRXs.  Something about the proportions, the motor, etc.  Looks a lot like a 900SS.  Had those been imported into the US, I would be riding one.

they were designed to copy the feel of the mid 90s SS bikes.  frame, half fairing and all.
