Travman, are we going to see a Darmah turned into one of these? Wink
No. I'm happy with the way the Darmah looks right now.  If I was going to make a replica I think I'd start with a much less attractive and probably less expensive 860 GTE like this.

update from the owner of the 1170RS...

www.1170RS.com

Please help us along and share the links with other Ducatisti. Also, if you have a moment, we’d appreciate it if you would please stop in and ‘like’ our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Frederick-Cederna-Design/174843372628919#!/pages/1170-RS-Ducati/354634291232916

There should be article and review of the RS surfacing in motorcycle magazines sometime in the near future. You'll note a few images of Alan C. on the RS on the Media pages. We’ve had requests for road-going versions of the RS and we’re giving that some thought. It could be done, and we know how we’d go about it, however the costs need to be considered. We’re currently looking at another project based on the 1199 platform and may give this priority. On the other hand, we have sold RS kits in Europe and we'll see other RS’s out there.

Love the saddle bags on a 750SS.  I wonder what the story is behind those.  It must drive some people crazy.

Considering what that lump is worth, hope he kept the original fiberglass (enthanol-dissolving) tank with the flies in the paint.  Wink Considered that bike for ~ 10 minutes before snagging one of the first Silver?Smoke R90S's instead. Whew!!!

1.  I'm not that young.  Oil of Olay does wonders.
2.  I have a nice collection of old motorcycle mags.  It pains me to see aftermarket goodies like magnesium wheels going for $250.
3.  thanks
