bet that's a photoshop or HDR photo or something to give that effect
I'd hold judgement until I saw more photos with natural lighting

ok. found it "House of Kolor Kosmic Chrome Burgundy"

so it's a metallic Burgandy

Yeah, tell me about it.  frickin bicycle brakes but then again, they probably relied on the rear more...
