Got it.
Its an Aermacchi Harley Davidson 125 Rapido
BINGO! You are correct it is the 125 cc Rapido built by Italy on a HD frame. My uncle set the 125cc World Land Speed Record (cc class record) in 1970 with it. Tis a strange mix of Italian and American. Not an American bolt or nut on the bike and a pure Italian power plant.
I am impressed that anyone figured it out
That was fun thanks so much!

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

On Monday I found this in a private collection only 4 miles from my shop!!
Looks like Steinbugler's place.

Looks like all the coolant liquid has leaked out from between the fins on the motor too
