I think indianas are cool as is. given that ducati didn't have a 'standard' model at the time, this could have been it. is it an original tank with the bottom flattened? with a real exhaust and rear mudguard it could almost be a production model.
the 350 had phf30, but the 650 and 750 had bings. the bings would have been their first foray into cv carbs. they used keihin cv on the 89 400ss thing, but finally found the mikunis for the 91 models.
