Udder.
Jeez. All that metal work and the dude leaves the udder and stock fender. But something tells me this shot is mid build.

I love the Mito.  Wish they'd made the 500cc

the good old mito.  there was an odd green one at one point.  early ones were 7 speed, went back to 6 in 99 maybe.

there was some at the factory with sv60 motors in them, and also husky singles.  but nothing came of them.

i haven't worked on one for years, thank christ.

I've wondered if the Mito would be a good track bike for one of my daughters. She wants a Monster for a street bike, bit wants to do track days. I know she'd love the look of it that's for sure.

it's a 2 stroke.  how often do you want to be fixing it?

check tyre availability.  lots of the skinny stuff is hard to get in sticky now.

That's true about hi performance two strokes I've seen. Top end rebuilds seem to be in hours not tens of 1000s of kilometres. A Husky WR 250 can have the head off for a check and possible rebuild after 10 hrs of hard use. Is that a comparable repair schedule you would be looking at for the Mito with track use?

On eBay in Arlington, VA. Wondering if it's someone here... Decent pix anyway. http://search.ebay.com/221475993432

Not exactly my taste, but "different".
