Moto Guzzi 350 GTS and 400 GTS. I didn't know Guzzi made Honda CB500's? This must be a European model. Is it a rebadged Honda? Or maybe ar rebadged Benelli copy of a Honda?

Guzzi made a bunch of I4 and parallel twins.. none came to the states that I know of:
