It used to be a TT2...

First off, the motor isn't the original at all.  See the oil lines?  There were none on the early 600 box. That's a Paso 750 case with a wet clutch from a later model.  The TT2 case was polished, not black, so even that clutch isn't original.  The jugs and heads look like they are from a later model SS or M750.  Paso heads are unique with black coating and gold valve covers, unless he's changed that.  I wouldn't because the paso's pistons are 10.5:1 and very nice.

It looks like all that's left from the TT2 is the frame/swingarm, tank and fairings.  Everything else looks borrowed.  The wheels were one of the biggest draws to the TT2 (magnesium?) as well as the forks (also magnesium).  He's put on regular old 17" 3-spoke brembos and aluminum/steel M1R forks from a Paso.

Nice job, but to call it a TT2 is reaching.. FAR..

I will be putting a copy of that exhaust on my Alazzurra project...  That silver one that sold on Ebay really pumped me up.

The one on this bike is not the same as the Conti on the TT2, this is a Bub.  I am using a copy of the Conti from Mario Sassi except in stainless.
