+1 to Ducatiz's comments. Header wrap has become a little too popular and I see it all too often now, but it does serve a purpose and on certain bikes it looks right. If the bike looks a little rough around the edges like the Grease Monkey style then it can work. On a nice shiney bike like that Moto Guzzi V7 Sport above, it would never work.
