Your bike doesn't count.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

True, it isn't very cool looking when you see the whole bike, what with the tacky fiberglass saddlebags and dorky seat.

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

waytogo Well, I am a new member, and have just looked through the whole 102 pages of this thread. I have owned a Jota, a Falcone, a Le Mans, a Griso, a V11, and the odd Benelli, I've realised what is missing in my life. Now, where's that sack with £40,000 in it, so I can get a 750 MV Sport? I can vividly remember seeing a brand new one in a shop in Bradford in the early 70's. It was £2500. Mind you, it may as well have been £25,000,000 as I was an apprentice on £8 a week!!!
