Are you fellas doing this with the free version or the $100 version.  I'm cheap so I have the free version, but I can't get these kinds of results... maybe i'm just doing it wrong ???

MAXdB

^^ I use the full version and it's been awhile since I've used the trial version.. I cant remember a difference other than the watermark.

perhaps you should post up some pics so we can take a look..

ask and you shall receive:

this was done with one picture... I tweaked the original to make a total of three

and the final product

and here's one I did with 3 different pictures with different exposure settings:

and the final product

they look ok, but the colors just don't look as good as the others I've seen on here... could it just be the lighting in the originals that I need to play with to get the great results others are getting?

tankerbutt, those are actually pretty nice.. I find that the ones I try to make from one picture--where I make three exposures simply by changing the contrast/brightness-- dont come out as well as the hdr pics I make using three original pictures of different exposure. Maybe try that and see if you see a difference?  ???

also you can always alter the color saturation of the hdr pic a little in photoshop

3rd attempt, came out pretty well.  Didn't crunch it as hard.  Yes, I do need a new chain.
