Happy Vizi-Tec customer!

Just wanted to share with everyone my experience with the folks @ Vizi-Tec. Vizi-Tec sells brake light modulators for various makes--I have customized modules from them on my 1098, Brutale, and Ninja because I don't want to go the Clear Alternative route to upset the OEM design/layout.
When I recently wanted to move the module from the Ninja to the M696 that I bought for my wife, Vizi-Tec was extremely helpful in providing me with the instructions and electrical plugs I needed to make the transfer, rather than directing me to just purchase another unit from them. That's what I call customer service!
PS: I'm in no way affiliated with Vizi-Tec and I don't derive any benefits out of this post. Just simply wanted to share my after-sale experience with Vizi-Tec.

Your story doesn't surprise me - not the first time Vizi-Tec goes above and beyond.

I truly believe the quality is there. Bernard is a nice guy too. I just can't justify $300+ for a tail light.

Thanks for all the kind words guys! Much appreciated. Made putting these lights together worth it.
One of the main reason why I craft these tail lights is that each unit i sell allows me the chance to meet another fellow Ducati rider.
I hope to bring out some other fun products in the years to come.

Thanks! Yes you are absolutely correct. They are pricy. I am not going to rebuff this. Honestly, I too would probably think twice about spending this kind of cash. Especially when you compare my product to other "
Made in China
" products out there; Which by the way cost them under $10 each to make.
As i've said all along. The SupaNova are not production units where i'm putting out 1000's of mass produce samples. The SupaNova tail lights will always be a limited production unit due to its quality, cost of materials and overall volume. The materials are not cheap and i don't get the price breaks to pass it along. I have 4 units left. As soon as they are gone. They will be gone forever. Believe me!... if there was good profit to be made i would still be selling the original SN490i and the SNHSi hand in hand. Right?
I do not have the profit margin as a +$300 CNC Aluminum product or couple of pieces of CF would have
Smart electronics are time and resource heavy to bring to life. Apple is able to sell us $60 - $200 iPods because they knew they could and have sold 110+ million units to date.

i just put one of the last supanaov lights on my bike the other day.
all i have to say is, its a shame that bernard is not making anymore of them after he is out of his stock.
it is as bright as others have said, i literally can't believe how bright it is compared to the stock light, its literally night and day difference, i was a bit skeptical that it was going to be "wow that is bright" like others have said, but it really is. the hype lived up to it for once.
i didn't get an integrated light, kept stock turn signals attached and hooked them up. no tail chop so no integrated lic light on mine either. if you have a chopped tail and need an integrated light this is literally plug and play. mine was not exactly as easy since you have to make connectors to connect to the stock turn signals, but it wasn't bad.
Again this thing works absolutely AMAZING and bernard is a great great guy to work with, he truly does love his work and also is great with customer service.
You pay a lot for this light no doubt. but you get absolutely perfect customer service and a really really first class product.
Only thing you have to consider is the "extra box" that attaches to the light to make it work, this takes up 1/2 the room in the storage compartment underneath your seat so its something to consider if this is for you, there is no way it will fit withtout you taking off the cover to the storage compartement on the bottom.
If this last part is not a concern, ie the storage compartment space, then its perfect.
Thanks again to Bernard and VIZI TEC GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT SERVICE.

Could someone please point me to the thread about the Vizi-tech light (I searched, but to no avail). I remember the Vizi-Tec tailight being talked about a while back, but I don't think I had my current Monster at the time and wasn't ready to buy one. I may want to get one of the last ones.
Edit: Nevermind I found a few threads. I just had to search under Accessories & Mods.

I put one of the last 4 lights that Bernard had left in stock on my bike. Its awesome and way brighter than stock. I'm going to try and shoot some video of it in action under different lighting conditions. The start up is pretty cool too. When I went to get an inspection the guy inspecting had this look of "What the hell is this" when it first got turned on.
Bernard was awesome as far as service. He even hooked me up when I decided I didn't want the smoked lens that I ordered.

This is the end for the SupaNovas???!
I've been holding out hopes that there would eventually be one for the 696/1100... I've been wanting one for 2 years now!! And money wasn't the concern, quality is very worth it these days!

Think the light is expensive? Try adding the bracket like I did, for about another 100 bucks.
And it's the best mod I've done yet! I'd buy another to put on the front if I could. Awesome product, service was so great.
Worth every penny to me.

Awesome. Remember, always start with the S4Rs model as the baseline for your products...I'd say the 2007 models are especially useful.
