Today i started to remove necessary parts to change my timing belts  Smiley but... i was in for a surprise when i started to remove the bolts for the beltcovers, as i started to twist the bolts i heard a heartbreaking sound of cracking plastic. No force whatsoever when i removed the bolts, the plastic just gave away  Undecided



Guess I'll have to buy some CF covers now  Grin

plastic didnt really give away, it looks like the bolt was fused to the nut, and the nut broke the plastic.

They always seemed kind of rigid and brittle to me though I haven't cracked them or anything.  Bummer though.
